This service is available to clients worldwide. We support businesses and traders across all countries with compliant infrastructure tailored to local regulatory requirements. Our platform operates with built-in compliance features to meet regional standards.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are paid yearly in advance via approved methods (crypto or fiat). No refunds are provided for partial years or cancellations. Renewal is automatic unless notified 30 days prior.
Setup Process
Upon subscription, our team will fully configure your customized platform, including dedicated servers for performance and enhanced crypto custodian services (building on BitGo integration) for added security. Setup typically completes within 21 business days.
Trading Rules
Leverage is not capped (you set it up us much as you want) for crypto pairs and standard markets futures. Clients must include clear risk warnings to users about potential losses exceeding deposits. All trading must comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
Compliance Requirements
Mandatory KYC/AML verification for all end-users via integrated tools like Coinify. You agree to maintain records and report suspicious activities as required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including EU regulations where applicable.
Account Management
Platforms support limitless sub-accounts per main user. You are responsible for monitoring and securing end-user accounts; we provide tools but not liability for user errors.
Prohibited Activities
No illegal trading, market manipulation, or use for sanctioned entities/countries. Affiliates must adhere to ethical promotion; violations may result in immediate termination.
Security Obligations
We enhance security with dedicated custodians, but you must implement additional measures like two-factor authentication. Report any breaches within 24 hours.
Funding and Withdrawals
Support direct wallet transfers (BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT, USDC, GEC) and Coinify purchases. Ensure all transactions are logged for audit purposes.
Termination Clauses
We may terminate service for violations, non-payment, or regulatory changes affecting your jurisdiction with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, data migration assistance is available for a fee.
